Deck the Arbor
Nights at Shelby Farms Park is the Mid-South’s premier holiday attraction. Be a part of the magic by registering your
classroom, youth group, or business to participate in our Deck the Arbor program—a
community art project that brings the magic of the holidays to the Woodland
groups will create their own holiday ornaments and bring them to the Park to
hang on the winding serpentine arbor tunnel the Woodland Discovery Playground.
Ornaments will be on display for all to see during Orion Starry Nights.

Group must register by and ornaments
must be delivered to Shelby Farm Park Visitor Center no later than Friday, November 13. Your donated ornaments will be hung by volunteers unless designated that your group wishes to hang their own ornaments.
If your group would like to hang their
own ornaments, please specify on the form. On the form, choose a date and time the week of November 9-13. Each group will be assigned their
own section to decorate + will be contacted to confirm the selected time.
must be handmade using materials durable enough to withstand cold and wet
conditions. Ornaments will be hung
outdoors for approximately 40 days.
must be able to be easily hung with zip-ties from the steel wire frame of the
arbor at the Woodland Discovery Playground.
Ornaments will be recycled after December 28 unless specified on the form below that the group wishes to pick them up after the event. Ornaments
can be picked up from the Shelby Farms Park Visitor Center any time after December 28th. Groups
must return for their own ornaments if they wish to keep them.
