Bodyweight strength training
This group fitness class is 60 minutes of bodyweight strength training and high impact exercises. The instructor pushes the participants by incorporating full-body exercises in addition to muscle isolation exercises. Therefore, this class is not designed for first-time exercisers. Be ready to work hard, sweat, and push through this challenging training session. Expect to come in strong and crawl out stronger!

When:  Fridays at 7am

Cost: Free
