October 19 + 20  will be a very busy weekend at Shelby Farms Park! Please be prepared for additional traffic, possible delays and road closures. Remember to pack your patience and to be courteous as you maneuver through traffic and parking areas! 


ROAD CLOSURES

Farm Road will be closed to through traffic at Walnut Grove and at Mullins Station  from 8am Saturday, October 19 to midnight Sunday, October 20. All traffic entering at Farm Road and Walnut Grove will be directed to park in the General Admission Parking Lot on the West Side of Farm Road


PARK CLOSURES

Public Boat Launch Parking at Hyde Lake: Public boat launch parking is closed Saturday, October 19 + Sunday, October 20
Disc Golf Course:
The course is closed through October  24
Pine Lake Drive: Closed through October 24

IF YOU ARE VISITING THE PARK (NOT ATTENDING MEMPHO):

The entire Park is open as usual for the weekend, with the exception of the Disc Golf Course. Please be aware that with the large number of festival goers in the Park on Saturday and Sunday, your experience at the Park may not be what you regularly enjoy.   

Areas on the north + east sides of the Park, such as the Woodland Discovery Playground or the Outback Off-Leash Dog Park, may not be as heavily attended as other parts of the Park, including the Heart of the Park. 

You may enter the Park off Farm Road, but you will be directed to Mempho Music Festival parking which is located west of Farm Road across from the regular park entrance. 


If you have reservations at Go Ape or the stables, please enter through Gate 10 off of Mullins Station.

    FIT4MOM Run Club allows you to run, improve your health and fitness, and connect with other moms. All levels welcome. Come with your kiddos in the stroller or without for a solo run. No running experience required! This is a free class, but enrollment is required prior to attending.

    This high-intensity interval training class is designed to keep your heart rate up and learn core spin moves in each session. Participants will be empowered to acheive their goals, both on the bike and in life, in this high energy class. Registration is required. Please fill out this formA limited number of bikes are available, and registrations will be confirmed in the order that they are received. Confirmation emails will be sent by 4pm on the Friday before each session.

    Want to play and get fit at the same time? Hoop Fitness is a low-impact, full body cardio workout that can burn up to 700 calories per hour! Workouts will increase core strength, balance, coordination, posture, muscle tone and self confidence, all while having fun!

    This isn't your kid's hula hoop! This class uses adult sized hula hoops that make it easier to maintain momentum while waist hooping and that will build strength while moving the hoop around the body. 

    You are welcome to bring your own fitness hoop or you may borrow one from the instructor. A limited number of hoops will be available in a range of sizes on a first come, first served basis.
