Why did you get involved with Shelby Farms Park? Shelby Farms Park is one of our community's most important natural features. After many years of indecision abou the Park's future, the initiative to create the Conservation Easement to protect the Park, coupled with the Conservancy's mandate to manage the Park, provides an opportunity to maximize the value and utility of this truly amaxing natural treasure. As a native Mempian, I am excited an honored to be inolved with this initiative to create a top-notch urban park that generations of Mempians will enjoy.

What's your favorite thing to do at the Park? I love riding my bike on the Tour de Wolf and taking our two black labs for afternoon walks on the weekends.

Shelby Farms Park is most alive when it is filled with Mempians interacting with one another and their natural surroundings.
