The annual Earth Day Celebration at Shelby Farms Park is a weekend of events celebrating nature, community, health and our environment. Our celebration plays a key role in educating the region about developing sustainable practices, demonstrating what businesses throughout the region are doing to help the environment an showcasing Shelby Farms Park as the model for progressive environmental thinking and practices. Don't forget! You can ride the free shuttle bus from the Ben Hooks Central Library to the Park and back for free on Sunday, April 19. The bus leaves on the hour, every hour from the library beginning at
Bus to Shelby Farms Park departs 10 AM - 3 PM and leaves on the hour, every hour
Bus to back to Central Library departs 11:30 AM - 5:30 PM, and leaves on the half hour, every hour.
