Large Shelter - approximately 100 people

#1 - East Pine Lake Drive - features electricity, 12 picnic tables, large grill, swing set, volleyball posts, shade, short walk to restrooms near main playground

#3 - Beaver Lake Drive - features electricity, 12 picnic tables, large grill, volleyball posts, port-a-potty at shelter, next to horse stables

Medium Shelter - approximately 50 people

#7 - South Orchard Loop- Features 6 picnic tables, double grill, near disc golf course and Chickasaw Lake, port-a-potty near shelter

Small Shelter - approximately 32 people

#2 - Pine Lake Drive - features four picnic tables, grill, near restrooms and main playground, near Pine Lake

#4 - Beaver Lake Drive Cove - Features four picnic tables, grill, spectacular view of Beaver Lake, near horse stables, plenty of open space, near port-a-potty

Picnic Areas 5 & 6 (uncovered)- approximately 72 people

#5 - Beaver Lake Drive Cove - Features nine picnic tables, double grill, near Beaver Lake, near port-a-potty

#6 - Pine Lake Drive - Features nine picnic tables, double grill, jungle gym, near port-a-potty

Picnic Area 8 (uncovered) - approximately 120 people

#8 - Farm Road/Chickasaw Lake at Gate 3 - Features 15 picnic tables, three grills, near Chickasaw Lake, near port-a-potty

Before you call to book a picnic shelter or space in the Visitor Center, please be prepared with:

-The date you're interested in along with back-up dates

-The time you'd like to reserve your rental

-The number of people you estimate will attend

-A brief description of your event

And make sure you've read and are familiar with our rental policies and criteria BEFORE you email or call.

To book your rental, please email Kate Phillips at kphillips@shelbyfarmspark.org or call her at  (901) 767-7275.  Kate receives many booking requests, and the sooner you're able to book your rental, the better.  Email is the best way to reach Kate.  If you are asked to leave a phone message for Kate, please leave the requested rental facility, date, time and number of people.  She'll return messages in the order they are received.
