Before you call to book a picnic shelter or space in the Visitor Center, please be prepared with:

-The date you're interested in along with back-up dates

-The time you'd like to reserve your rental

-The number of people you estimate will attend

-A brief description of your event

Kate receives many booking requests, and the sooner you're able to book your rental, the better.  Email is the best way to reach Kate.  If you are asked to leave a phone message for Kate, please leave the requested rental facility, date, time and number of people.  She'll return messages in the order they are received.
