PINE LAKE BOAT HOUSE + General Store

The Pine Lake Boat House is located next to the Woodland Discovery Playground. Paddle Pine Lake in a two or four-seater paddle boat! You can also grab snacks and cold drinks, Park merchandise and other items to help you enjoy your day at the Park.

Monday - Friday: 12pm-6pm
Saturday: 9am-6pm
Sunday: 10am-6pm
Hours are subject to change due to weather.

$15
4-Seater: $20

GROUP RENTALS
Groups of 15+ must reserve 2 days in advance and prepay.

HYDE LAKE BOAT HOUSE

Located on the north side of Hyde Lake near the main entrance to the Park, the Hyde Lake Boat house has canoes, kayaks and stand up paddle boards available for rent during spring and summer months.

HOURS Last boat goes out 1 hour before closing
Monday - Friday: 10am-6pm
Satuday - Sunday: 9am-6pm

HOURLY RATES | Personal floatation devices (PFD) are provided with your rental*
Canoe: $20 | Capacity: 2 adults and 2 children (12 and under) or 3 adults
Single kayak: $15 | Capacity: 1 adult (age 17+); must be 17+ to rent
Double kayak: $20 | Capacity: 2 adults (age 17+) or 1 adult (age 17+) and 1 child (12 and under)
Stand up paddle board (SUP): $18 | Capacity: 1 adult (age 17+); must be 17+ to rent

Bringing your four-legged friend? You must provide a PFD for your pet.

Want to launch your own kayak or boat? A boat launch ramp is located on the north edge of the lake in Heart of the Park, just off Great View Drive North. Motorized watercraft are not permitted, but kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, sailboats and other personal watercraft (14 feet or less) are encouraged. Learn more here!


 
All boats, including canoes and kayaks, must be equipped with one wearable personal flotation device for each person on board.  All persons 12 years or under are required to wear a personal flotation device. According to TWRA regulations, those not following this requirement may be subject to a fine.
